This news summary is brought to you by *Intermicronational World* (IW), a government news agency. IW is happy to serve as a genuinely alternative news source. IW has existed since October 2011, but was forced to expand its services in March 2014 because of a lack of scholarly or scientific articles about micronations, and has since become a daily source of news, and not just about micronations. The government behind IW is the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA, UGV, or GV). UMMOA® is a United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) registered trademark, which means it is recognised by at least one US government agency. The USPTO also recognises the UMMOA trademark as indicating a political organisation concerned with international affairs, and the UMMOA is also a lower stage Third World nation, or a quasi-state, which claims the new small continent of Global Earth Oceans (GEO). Because the UMMOA is indeed concerned with international affairs, and it was being ignored even by international NGOs whose work is entirely complementary, since April 2015 GEO has helped to expand two state of New Jersey NGOs through the funding their application for US federal NGO status. In the future, through these two organisations, or their partners or affiliates, GEO hopes to begin to greatly alleviate the problem of homelessness globally. Through this mission GEO will behave like a de facto state. The UMMOA-GEO nation-state also supports the work of several other NGOs in the fields of freedom of the press; in the fields of environmental, linguistic, religious, and indigenous peoples’ preservation; and in the fields of human and nonhuman rights. *Reunion now Paradiplomatic Affairs (PDA) member* HHIM Emperor Claudio I says that the Holy Empire of Reunion (REU) is a “just for fun” project. However, the mere entertainment unites about 900 people from around the world, and of these, 140 have become very close friends of the Emperor. As of 11 June 2015, $11,615 of the $15,000 goal had been raised, and more funds were needed in order to ensure completion of the building project. Well, thanks also to two donations by the Governor-Guru of UMMOA-GEO, on two separate occasions, in the afternoon of 10 July 2015, the $15,000 funding goal has been reached! Yes, UMMOA-GEO has helped build a first home for a homeless fellow! The media ought to start having it. But House Bill 2645 lets consumers access any test a lab sells without consulting a physician. Called the Venetia Burney Student Dust Counter, its job is to record impacts from space dust. Students at the University of Colorado, in Boulder, designed the device, and they named it for the 11-year-old girl who in 1930 suggested that Pluto would be a good name for the newfound ninth “planet”. You could have fooled me, and my precious fig trees! Or Nostradamus, who predicted a mini-ice age around the time of the Second Coming. Yes, besides the colder weather, Nostradamus also mentions a very unusual person concerning the Second Coming, and even uses seven different names to describe him. However, neither climatologists know about that, nor theologians, it seems. An Antarctic blast expected to hit Australia this weekend will have people shivering like it’s 1999. The freezing front, which began to roll-in across the east of Australia on Friday afternoon, will deliver conditions not seen in 15 years, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
